Services for Terry Lee Spleth, 56, of Medford will be 10 a.m. Monday in the First Baptist Church of Medford. The Rev. Bobby Smith will officiate. Interment will follow in Rosemound Cemetery, Medford. The family will be at the funeral home for visitation 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday. The arrangements are under the direction of Hills-Ely Funeral Home, Medford.

Terry was born April 18, 1951, in Oklahoma City, to Kenneth Crowley and Mary Lue Stout Crowley, and died Wednesday afternoon, May 9, in Enid, after a lengthy illness. She grew up in Norman and graduated from Norman High School in 1969.

On Feb. 19, 1972, she married Stephen W. Spleth, and they made their home in Norman, later moving to Medford in September of 1973 where they have resided since.

Mrs. Spleth spent a total of 20 years as a Girl Scout leader, and for a time was employed as a field advisor with the Cherokee Strip Girl Scout Council. She was an accredited Trainer of Trainers for the Council until it consolidated with the Redlands Council. She also devoted many years to crafts and scrapbooking.

She was a member of the Medford United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Crowley.

Mrs. Spleth is survived by her husband Steve and son Joshua of the home; her mother and stepfather Mary Lue and Gerald Fuzzell of Norman; one sister, Vicki Jones of Noble; seven nieces, two nephews, and many other family members and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Joshua Spleth Education Fund with the funeral home serving as custodian of the funds.
